Pre-Natal massage is specifically designed for the pregnant body. It incorporates long and rhythmical strokes which promote circulation of both the blood and lymphatic systems. It works specifically to relieve lower back pain, tightness of neck and shoulders and other pregnancy-related aches and pains. It also prevents swelling of the hands, arms, legs and feet. I use a specially designed pillow which enables you to lay comfortably both on the belly and the back, up to week 40+. The partner is welcome to attend any session to learn how to massage during pregnancy. When combining yoga classes with this pre-natal massage, the woman stays strong, relaxed and joyful through the pregnancy.  It also helps in her recovery after the birth.
